Processing 

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 72 business hours for processing (excluding Pre Order Drops). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number. Please note, your tracking number will update once the shipping company has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system. 

 

Purchasing 

Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone or email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost. 

 

Shipping 

Yes, we ship all across the world! For domestic shipping please allow 5 business days. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sire your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very important for ensuring timely deliveries. Yache Brand is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left out HQ, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package. 

 

Returns & Exchanges 

Our return policy lasts 7 days after the order is received (excluding weekends or Victorian holidays). Returns & Exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item at our location. For returns/exchanges send a message to our customer service email and we will be glad to assist. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to your post office within 14 days (excluding Sundays and Victorian holidays) of being issued the return label. Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. If an item does not work out for you, the item can only be exchanged for store credit that can bed used towards another order.
